The Bavla site presently has eight production units for production of intermediates and APIs, research and development laboratories, quality assurance and control block, various utilities block, warehouses, mechanical workshops and an administrative block.

Unit-1: 1000m² on two levels. Major Equipments: 4 reactors of various materials and linings; 2 centrifuges; 1 rotary vacuum dryer. Utilities connected: Steam, chilled water, thermic fluid heater.

Unit-2: 2700m² on three levels. This facility is designed in two floors with RCC and checkered plate with pre-coated roofing. This facility is designed specially for intermediates, APIs for non regulatory markets & phase transfer catalysts. Major Equipments: 5 glass lined reactors of various capacities; 16 Reactors SS 316 of various capacities; 4 centrifuges; 1 rotary vacuum dryer; 1 air jet mill. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum, thermic fluid heater & Nitrogen. Finished products area: Dedicated facility provided with special handling unit.

Unit-3: 450m² on two levels. Major Equipments: 2 glass lined reactors of various capacities; 6 reactors SS 316 of various capacities; 2 centrifuges; 1fluid bed dryer; 2 glass reaction assemblies. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum & thermic fluid heater.

Unit-4: 800m² in two levels. This facility is designed in two floors with reinforced concrete cement and checkered plate. This unit is designed for the manufacturing of PTCs & drug intermediates. The unit also has a dedicated packaging area. Major Equipments: 3 glass lined reactors of various capacities; 6 reactors SS 316 of various capacities; 3 centrifuges; 1 fluid bed dryer. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum & thermic fluid heater Packing area: Provided dedicated packing area.

Unit-5: 1000m² on two levels. This facility is designed in two floors with reinforced concrete cement & checkered plate. This facility is specially designed for distillation & as solvent recovery unit. Major Equipments: 1 bubble cap distillation column SS-316; 1 packed column SS-316; 1 glass lined reactor; 3 reactors SS 316 of various capacities; 2 centrifuges; 1 high vacuum system. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum & thermic fluid heater.

Unit-6A: 800m² on two levels. This facility is designed in two floors with reinforced concrete cement and as per cGMP & US FDA guidelines and having HVAC with HEPA filters. This facility is mainly for APIs for regulatory markets. Major Equipments: 1 Hastalloy reactor; 3 glass lined reactors of various capacities. 6 reactors SS 316 of various capacities; 2 centrifuges; 1 fluid bed dryer; 1 rotary vacuum dryer. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum, Nitrogen & scrubber. Pharma area: Provided dedicated powder processing area of class 100,000.

Unit-6B: 1200m² on two levels. This facility is dedicatedly designed for the manufacturing of an anti hypertensive drug. This API facility is designed as per cGMP and US FDA guidelines, equipped with Hastalloy reactors, Halar coated centrifuges, Nitrogen jet mill, glass lined reactors, glass lined rotary vacuum dryer. This equipment is used for unit operations like filtration, drying, pulverisation. This facility is designed in two floors with reinforced concrete cement and as per cGMP & US FDA guidelines and having HVAC with HEPA filters. Major Equipments: 1 Hastalloy reactor; 2 glass lined reactors of various capacities; 2 Halar coated centrifuges; 1 glass lined rotary vacuum dryer; 1Nitrogen jet mill. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum, thermic fluid heater, Nitrogen & scrubber. Pharma area: Provided dedicated powder processing area of class 100,000.

Unit-7 AREA : 3300m² on three floors. This unit is designed exclusively for producing API intermediates. The facility is created for manufacturing of starting materials of anti hypertensive drug and API intermediates. This unit consists of ground and two floors of RCC construction and pre-coated sheet roofing. The first & second floor contains mainly of reactors of various material of construction. The ground floor is designed for filtration and drying. The production area provided Air Handling Unit. A separate cold storage facility from -20 o C to +5 o C is provided. The total area of cold storage is 100m².   Major Equipments: 6 glass lined reactors of various capacities; 21 Reactors SS 316; 6 Centrifuges; 2 rotary vacuum dryer; 3 high vacuum system; 1 thin film evaporator. Utilities connected: Steam, cooling water, chilling water, low vacuum, high vacuum, thermic fluid heater, Nitrogen & scrubber. HVAC System : Class 10000/Class 100000 as per US FDA guidelines for API plant.

Ozone Generator House: Generator 2kgO3/h and generator 16kgO3/h, vessels 1m3 and 3m3.

RAW MATERIAL WAREHOUSE (800m²) Raw material warehouse is fabricated with pre-coated steel and fixtures and rack. Racks are installed in four level, ground plus three. Total storage capacity of store is about 400 tonnes. A separate cold storage facility from 10-23° C is also provided.

FINISHED PRODUCT WAREHOUSE (250m²) Finished product warehouse is fabricated with structural steel and racking system. Rack is installed in two level, ground plus one. Total storage capacity of store is about 50 tonnes. A separate cold storage facility from 10-23° C is also provided.

We conduct various hazardous operations like high pressure reactions or hydrogenation in an isolated block. All the production blocks, utility and service blocks and administrative block are covered with fire hydrant system.
